This area of the web site is designed especially to help guide you - the student - to resources that will help with your studies.

• The Themes to study page has links to the rest of the Dartmoor National Park Authority web site that explore what the National Park is and why it's special, the way the National Park is managed and some of the issues that arise from the many types of land use and the diverse activities enjoyed by residents and visitors.
• The section titled Information for Travel and Tourism Students is specifically designed for those studying for vocational qualifications in travel and tourism and leisure and recreation; these pages offer some answers to frequently asked questions.
• The Erosion Case Study has before and after pictures of works done on erosion scars on Haytor Down.  A graphic illustration of one of the ways the National Park Authority manages an area of high moorland to accommodate a large number of visitors.
