PROGRESS REPORT ON LINHAY HILL QUARRY, ASHBURTON
PLANNING APPLICATION REF. 0322/16
This Progress Report sets out the current position with the above planning application and how it is progressing. It updates the Progress Report issued on 14 September 2016.
In December 2016, the National Park Authority issued a formal letter to the
applicants under Regulation 22 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations
requesting that they carry out further work and submit additional information to the Authority for consideration. Please note that a Regulation 22 request for ‘Further Information’ is not unusual for complex planning applications of this nature.
The applicants have submitted the first tranche of the ‘Further Information' and the Authority is inviting comments from statutory consulted parties and the public on this new information.
Copies of all the new material are available to view locally as well as on the Authority’s web site via the links below. Comments are invited by 25 August 2017.
In the meanwhile, the applicant is undertaking work on other aspects of the Regulation 22 Request and the results will be submitted to the Authority in due course. Further consultation will take place when this additional information has been received.
All documents relating to this application can be found in our planning search (insert the number 0322/16 in the application number box)
