PROGRESS REPORT ON LINHAY HILL QUARRY, ASHBURTON
PLANNING APPLICATION REF. 0322/16

The Authority is reaching the final stages of considering the technical information related to this application. Members have recently undertaken a site inspection to familiarise themselves with the workings of the Quarry and the implications of the proposed extension. It is anticipated that a report will be tabled at a specially convened Development Management Committee on 15 January 2021 when a decision will be reached.  The report will be published before the meeting.

Please note that, due to COVID19 restrictions, the Authority is operating remotely from the office and conducting its committee business on a virtual platform.  The public may view proceedings and participate via the public speaking arrangements detailed on this website.

Additional information, provided by the applicants in response to requests under  Regulation 22 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2011 can be found on the Authority’s website using the reference 0322/16 in the planning search facility.
