Availability of documents
The Authority aims to publish new planning applications on the online planning service, including the plans and documents associated with these applications within five working days of registration of the application.
The Authority is not able to guarantee that the electronic file record at every stage in the determination of an application is necessarily a fully comprehensive record of all documents under consideration. This is because such documentation may be received in many different ways and formats, and at different stages in the determination process and there will therefore inevitably be occasions where not all the documents under consideration will have been scanned or be available to view through the website.
We aim to publish documents online within 5 working dates of receipt. If a particular document you are looking for is not displayed, you may wish to try a few days later.
Please be aware that any comments you submit through the online planning service, will appear online as part of the application record. If you do not wish for your telephone number and email address to be made available online please do not submit this information with your comments.
To access the online planning service and/or submit comments, you need to tick the ‘Accept’ box below to confirm you have read and understand the information above, and then click 'Proceed'.

For your information
Please note that the search tool for the interactive map does not work in Internet Explorer 8 and below. We are trying to find a solution to this, but if you are unable to upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 9, alternative browsers such as Chrome and Firefox do support it.
However, you can use the text search to find an address or street which then links to the map.
