Design Guidance

The Dartmoor National Park Design Guide gives advice for applicants, agents and architects who are submitting planning applications, or carrying out changes which do not need permission.  It is known as a ‘Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)’ and should be read alongside the Local Plan policies.

We think it is important there is a high standard of design in all developments in the National Park and will expect you to have considered this advice when putting together your planning application.
