The Role
Dartmoor National Park Authority is looking for a new team member to work on the Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL) programme until 31 March 2025.
Created by Defra, and managed by National Park and AONB teams, FiPL helps farmers, land managers and others to deliver work on the farmed landscape under the themes of climate, nature, people and place.
There is real scope for creativity and impact within the FiPL programme, so you’ll need considerable experience of working with farmers and land managers, a good knowledge of conservation/land management and of countryside access, and familiarity with current agri-environment schemes, to help applicants devise ambitious projects that work for both them and Dartmoor’s landscape.
