Please note there is NO market on Thursday 2nd of May, due to elections in hall.

A variety of hand-made products all created by the Devon crafters exhibiting.   A typical range may include ceramics, classical film photography (analogue) of Dartmoor, engraved glass, quality iron work, needle felted wildlife, hand-made books, artisan wood turning, felted artwork & upcycled bags, bird boxes, knit wear, cushions, wool products from own sheep flock, mosaics, crochet, vinyl created artwork & cards, pressed flowers, hand-made ink stamps, and jewellery.

There is also a produce market on the fourth Saturday of the month in the same venue.

Some of the highlights include fantastic panoramic views of the village and surrounding moor, scenic walks, challenging on and off-road cycling, horse riding, two pubs, large car park with public conveniences, a cafe, the ‘Cathedral in the Moor’, (a wonderful 16th Century Church), accommodation offering Bed and Breakfast, The Smithy Pottery, gift shops, The National Trust’s Sexton’s cottage-a lifestyle, art and local gift shop, home of Uncle Tom Cobley’s Widecombe Fair.
