Look out for some fun Ranger Ralph events throughout the year.
The Ranger Ralph Club is open to all children between the ages of 5-12 years and is ideal for the young nature enthusiast in your family.
Ranger Ralph meets on a regular basis and each activity is safely led by a Dartmoor National Park Ranger. The club runs up to twelve outdoor events per year .These are all free to attend once you are a member. Joining details

Saturday 6 May, 10.00 am (2hrs) - Orienteering
Orienteering is the sport of navigation. Try and navigate between control points that are marked on a special map. You don’t have to race as everything can be done at your own pace.

Sunday 11 June, 10.00 am (3hrs) - Dartmoor on Two Wheels
Explore the Granite Way, a wonderful traffic free, family friendly trail. Experience beautiful views of Dartmoor from the saddle. Bike hire available at a discount. Ring for more details or bring your own bike. Bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink.

Explore the remarkable wildlife at Emsworthy Mire, home to dragonflies, frogs and the amazing insect-eating Sundew plant. Come and pond dip and follow our nature trail.
