The Dartmoor Communities Fund 2017/18
The Dartmoor Communities Fund offers grant support to communities across much of Dartmoor (West Devon, South Hams and Teignbridge excluding Ashburton & Buckfastleigh). The 2017/18 grant programme closed to applications at the beginning of September 2017 and we expect to announce grant awards before Christmas.
The fund may well open for further grant rounds so keep an eye on this page for further announcements. Particularly if you have or want a community building, open space or other facility that is needed by your community, will or provides an important and valued service and is looking to improve and which therefore maybe eligible for funding from the Dartmoor Communities Fund.
If you can answer yes to the following questions, your project is likely to be eligible to apply to the Dartmoor Communities Fund main grant scheme when it reopens.
- Are you a community group or Parish/Town Council
- Is your project on Dartmoor?
- Is your project within West Devon, South Hams or Teignbridge (excluding Ashburton & Buckfastleigh)?
- Is your project to support a community facility e.g. village hall or community shop?
- Is your project for capital works e.g. building or ground works or new playground equipment?
If you would like to see what projects received funding in previous years, then look on the Dartmoor Communities Fund 2014/15 , Dartmoor Communities Fund 2015/16 and Dartmoor Communities Fund 2016/17 pages.
'Just Do It' Small Grants Fund - still open!
