The Dartmoor Local Plan 2018 - 2036 contains the policies we use to determine planning applications in Dartmoor National Park. It comprises the Local Plan and the policies map, below.
Our Supplementary Planning Documents provide guidance which is also a material consideration when we determine planning applications.
We recently consulted on a draft Housing SPD for Dartmoor, which you can view here.

You can view the old local plan documents on the old Local Plan page, however these documents have been superseded by the new Local Plan and are no longer used for deciding planning applications.
