Biographical Details

James has lived and worked in the Okehampton area all his life.  He was a dairy farmer and active member of the farming community till 2001. In 2003 James was elected to West Devon Borough Council and was Leader for five years. In 2005 James was elected to Devon County Council and became a Member of Dartmoor National Park. In his spare time James likes to potter in the garden.
