Record of Decisions

As part of the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014 we must have a public written record of certain decisions made by officers under delegated powers.

We must publish all decisions which:

  • are made acting under a specific authorisation
  • are to grant a permission or licence
  • affect the rights of an individual
  • are to award a contract or incur expenditure which materially affects the Authority’s financial position.
